Getting a quick response back to your guests quickly isn’t only important to your response score – your travelers are in planning mode and waiting a response from you. Starting today, you can get a text message alert for your booking requests because the sooner you get the message, the faster you can respond and secure the booking.

If you are already getting text messages, or SMS messages, for your inquiries today and you have online booking, there is nothing more you need to do to get these new notifications. 

If you don’t get text alerts today and you would like to, follow these simple steps:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Select the listing you would want to add text message alerts to
  • Select ‘Edit listing’ on the left hand side of your dashboard
  • Visit your ‘Contacts’ tab and follow the steps to add and validate your phone number
