What is changing?
We want to drive more bookings so we’re making changes
To drive more bookings, we’re changing the way we determine which listings appear in the Featured Listing area. So we’re changing the way we determine which listings appear in the Featured Listing area.
Beginning on Nov 12, featured listings will display properties that best fit a traveler’s preference based on HA’s new best match system (learn more). To be included, your any online booking-enabled subscription or pay-per-booking listings will be eligible for free inclusion in the Featured Listing area when they best match a traveler’s search criteria.
How this might impact you
Six and twelve month featured listings will be sunsetted as of Nov 12. From this date forward, these products will not be available in the shopping cart to purchase. Also, any renewals for the Silver, Gold, and Platinum subscription levels after Nov 12 will no longer include featured listings as part of the purchase.
Don’t worry, if you have a featured listing as part of your subscription today, you will continue to get this placement through your current subscription term. You can also continue buy one and three month featured listings
