Contact options for pay-per-booking listings

Beginning this week, travelers and owners of pay-per-booking listings will not be able to access each other’s contact information until after the booking is accepted. Owners will still be able to  communicate with travelers through their dashboard or by replying to emails, just as they do today.

This change is done to help ensure all reservations made on pay-per-booking listings  are processed through HomeAway Payments, as per the terms of our policies. As a reminder, HomeAway Payments is the most secure and convenient way to process vacation rental transactions:

  • Easier - streamline your process with payment schedules,  automatic payment reminders sent to guests, and ability to set up automatic refunds of the refundable damage deposit.
