We're excited to announce the CSA eClaim Portal. This new Reservation Manager feature will help you by simplifying the process of submitting and tracking claims for Property Damage Protection. The CSA eClaim Portal is available if your account is listed on HomeAway.com, VRBO and VacationRentals.com.

What is the CSA eClaim Portal?

The eClaim Portal will allow you to submit your Property Damage Protection claim online. You'll be able to communicate with CSA through the eClaims Portal and track the progress of your claim through Reservation Manager.

NOTE:  This feature is only available if you have HomeAway Payments or your alternative payment methods setup. Property Damage Protection must be enabled under the Damage Protection section of your Rates tab. Also, your guest must have purchased the Property Damage Protection.

How does it work?

The "Claim Damage" link becomes available on the date of check-out (last day of the reservation stay)

On the day of your guests' check-out day, a new "Claim Damage" link will become available in the Damage Protection section in the conversation view.

Clicking the "Claim Damage" link will open the section and provide a unique button to begin the CSA eClaim process. You'll be sent to the CSA eClaims Portal.

 


Once you've successfully filled out your claim, you'll be able to track the status from the Damage Protection section. After CSA has finalized and processed your claim, you'll see the updates.

If you need to contact CSA about your claim, you can click the "Go to CSA eClaims" button and use the "Message" feature in the eClaim Portal.
