Based on partner feedback, we’ve heard that understanding Ranking Metrics can be confusing, so we’ve simplified it.
New lookback periods: The following metrics have moved to a 365-day lookback period:
- Cancellation rate *new*
- Decline rate
Cancellation rate: While this isn’t a completely *new* metric, we’ve standardised cancellations as a percentage relative to your bookings over the last 365 days. We're moving to a percentage-based metric so that we don’t give too much weight to any cancellation.
Additional metrics will either look back over the past 30 or 365 days and will change accordingly in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
